Our football team tied with Kayseri Erciyesspor in Kayseri at the 8th week of the Turkcell Super League. Our only goal was scored by Nobre at the 14th minute of this away game.

Played at Kayseri Atatürk Stadium and refereed by İsmet Arzuman the game was started by the host team Kayseri Erciyesspor. The early minutes of the game was played in midfield  but at the 14th minute, Nobre sent Gökhan Zan’s clever pass into the his opponent’s net with a perfect strike and Beşiktaş went ahead (1-0). The goal was the season first for Nobre. Beşiktaş controlled most of this slowed tempo game and first half ended (1-0) for Beşiktaş.
While Nobre was replaced by Gökhan Güleç due to an injury (49th min.), Mehmet Sedef (71st min) and İbrahim Akın (76th min.) replaced Ricardinho and Burak Yılmaz. During this period Beşiktaş was still the dominating side and Kayseri was unable to apply a serious pressure on our defense. Our Black and Whites, created scoring chances with İbrahim Akın, Bobo and Mehmet Sedef near to the end but couldn’t get the second goal to increase their advantage. Finally, the unexpected goal of substitute Lazarov of Erciyesspor at the 89th minute brought the score to one goal each. Since there was no additional goal, the match resulted in a (1-1) draw.
