Beşiktaş grips the Super Cup

During the Super Cup match played in Germany, Beşiktaş Football Team, defeated the former champion of the last season Galatasaray at 60 with the goal of Marcio Nobre and became the first team to take this cup to the museum.   

Having won the Fortis Turkish Cup last season, Beşiktaş con fronted the league champion Galatasaray in Commerzbank Arena Stadium, Frankfurt Germany. Many Turkish people living abroad had their seats on the grandstands for supporting Beşiktaş. 
Starting under the rain, the very first minutes of the match passed in mid-field tackles. Playing more pressing and effective football in the first minutes, Beşiktaş missed the chance to score at 10 with Kleberson in this important position. In the first half, Delgado drew attentions especially with his artistic pass shoots and the goalkeeper Vedran Runje looked surprisingly good with his saves in critical positions. When no goals were scored in the first half, the locker room was visited in 0-0 draw.
Both teams created critical positions in the second half and at 60, the new transfer of Beşiktaş Marcio Nobre scored his first official goal during a right wing attack and made it 1-0. Against Galatasaray attacks, Beşiktaş goalkeeper Vedran Runje gave response with his saves and blocked the ball. Technical director Jean Tigana substituted Gökhan Güleç with Bobo and Fahri Tatan with Serdar Kurtuluş at 72. No goals were scored during the remaining minutes of the match and Beşiktaş became the first team to take Super Cup to its museum. And also Beşiktaş had its 100th victory against Galatasaray with this match.
