Administrative Manager of our club, Ali Gültiken has commented on the pre-season camp in France on the website. Stating that the camp was so fruitful for Beşiktaş players, noted that the friendship in the team was too strong. 

Saying that as the technical crew, they were glad about the camp they made, Gültiken said "We had a fruitful camping period concerning hard work, concentration and participation. Vast majority of the team attended the exercises”. Our Administrative Manager also mentioned that it was good to see that the new transferred players and young players had no adaptation problems.  
Emphasizing that our new transfers have simply and quickly adapted into the team and completed the adaptation process, Ali Gültiken said “Runje and Delgoda are sympathetic, adaptive and social people. Both of our players have established warm mutual relations. They always talk with their friends. And Nobre acts freely as there is his citizen Kleberson. Arrival of Nobre is also useful for Kleberson. Both their performances have increased”. Stressing that there was a generally good atmosphere in the team, Gültiken said that it was happy not having any injured players. 
Telling that the competition has risen when our Technical Director Jean Tigana invited young players into the camp, Ali Gültiken said "Existence of the young players was one of the reasons for that beneficial camping period. Whole team worked hard and the players drew attention with their motivations.” 
Gültiken said that the first phase preparations were based on fitness and power and added that in the second preparation camp, technical and tactical exercises would rather take place. 
Also touching on the performance graphics of our team which received a scoreless draw in the match played with French Le Mans, “We played against a serious team. It was their first match in Beşiktaş jersey for the most of the players. However the shown performance made us happy. Late-attending players in the team lacked exercise. but this match is not an indicator." said our Administrative Manager. 
While finishing, he highlighted the close friendship in the team and added “It was easy for the players becoming close friends since we are a young team. I have newly joined into the team but my friends of the previous periods tell that right now, there is a closer friendship in the team than the friendship seen during the previous periods. There is a serious change in our Football Team. And we recognized that during the camping period.”
