In the last week of Turkish Basketball League Beşiktaş, Men’s Basketball Team grabbed an 84-56 victory over Darüşşafaka in the game played at BJK Akatlar Sports & Culture Complex. Wrapping up the league in the third place, Beşiktaş matched with Tekelspor, which concluded the league at the 6th place, at the play off.

Both teams scored points in the first minute of the game. Then, Black & White players became more effective under the rim. Beşiktaş Cola Turka, performing an effective defense and scoring points from outside shots, increased the gap to 8 points at 5th minute (12-4). Black & White team took good advantage of the balls lost by its rival from inside and outside. Beşiktaş blocked the scoring attempts of its rival thanks to Elliot and Wright and wrapped up the first period 30-10 in the lead.
Tolga and Kerem scored points for Beşiktaş Cola Turka at the beginning of the second quarter. Michael Wright controlled the game under the rim and thus Beşiktaş widened the gap even more and got 41-19 ahead at 14th minute. Scoring easier points in this quarter, Darüşşafaka tried to trim the gap with Gibbs. Second period ended with Beşiktaş 49-32 in the lead. 
Beşiktaş Cola Turka began the second half with baskets scored by Rodney Elliot but lost its effect on defense in the first few minutes. Black & White team could only score 5 points in the first five minutes. The rival, taking advantage of the low tempo of the Black & White players, trimmed the gap to 11 points (54-43). Beşiktaş Cola Turka got back on the track again, widened the deficit after scoring points in a row and wrapped up the third quarter 64-45 in the lead.
Both teams were successful in defense in the last quarter. The teams could only score 9 points in total in the first three minutes. Black & White team was in 71-51 lead at 4th minute and slowed the tempo of the game. Beşiktaş Cola Turka posted an 84-56 commanding victory over Darüşşafaka in the last game of the regular season. 
Beşiktaş will play against Tekelspor, which concluded the league at the 6th place, at the play off.
