Beşiktaş Men’s Basketball Team posted an 85-79 triumph over Beykoz in 26th week of Turkish Basketball League.

Black & White team began the game with Kerem Tunçeri, Michael Wright, Kimani Ffriend, Barış Özcan and Tyron Ellis. Both teams scored points in the game. While Beşiktaş Cola Turka scored points by Kimani Ffriend and Michael Wright, Beykoz posted points thanks to outer shots by Dobie. Beşiktaş Cola Turka wrapped up the first period 22-15 leading.
Black & White team pressured its rival under the rim and was effective thanks to Kerem Tunçeri and Michael Wright. Black & White players increased the gap up to 10 points in this quarter. Even though Beykoz trimmed the gap in the last few minutes, Beşiktaş Cola Turka finished the first half 42-36 in the lead.
Beşiktaş Cola Turka did not have difficulty in scoring points from inside and outside, but could not defend itself under the rim, thus Banev and Dobie duo made sure that Yellow & Black team followed its opponent closely. Beykoz tried to score points by Dobie and tried hard to score points but this led them to have gaps in defense. Black & White team took advantage of such gaps by Tyrone Ellis and Kimani Ffriend and wrapped up the third quarter 66-55 leading.
Beşiktaş Cola Turka replied to Banev and Dobie duo through three pointers by Tyrone Ellis and reached the greatest gap of the game at 33rd minute (72-60). Series of mistakes made by Black & White players in the last few minutes decreased the margin. Beykoz trimmed the margin down to 2 points (74-72) with 30 seconds to play. Tyrone Ellis took good advantage of the last minute opportunities and Beşiktaş Cola Turka won the game 85-79.
