Beşiktaş Women’s Basketball Team posted a 65-61 victory over Bursa Yıldırım Municipality in the first game of the play off series and took a 2-0 lead in the series. The game was played at BJK Akatlar Sports and Culture Complex.

Making a good start into the first period of the game, Beşiktaş Cola Turca increased the gap thanks to the points scored in a row in the first few minutes. Even though the Black & White players took the lead for a while thanks to successful performance by Jaclyn Johnson, they started making simple mistakes later in the game. The team from Bursa took good advantage of such mistakes and tried to trim the gap. However, the first period was wrapped up with 20-14 lead by Beşiktaş Cola Turca.
Black & White team tried to score points with Müjde Yüksel but returned empty handed in the attacks they developed ahead in the game. Green & White team began decreasing the margin thanks to Monica, but lost the ball few times in a row and began staying behind and thus Beşiktaş Cola Turca went to the locker room 33-27 leading.
Black & White players made a better start in the second half. They increased the gap up to 12 points thanks to the outer points by Şebnem, and points scored from under the rim by Müjde Yüksel and Jaclyn Johnson. Bursa Yıldırım Municipality decreased the gap through points scored from outside and under the rim, Beşiktaş Cola Turca wrapped up the period 44-37 in the lead.
Visiting team was more effective in the first few minutes of the last quarter. Bursa Yıldırım Municipality decreased the gap down to 4 points but could not stop our player Şebnem Kimyacıoğlu. Şebnem increased the margin and comforted the team with the points scored from outside as well as 3-pointers; also she was effective with the balls she carried to the rim.  Beşiktaş Cola Turca won the game (65-61) and took a 2-0 lead in the series that she had started with 1-0.
