Even though Beşiktaş Football Team lost the rematch (1-0) against Kayserispor in the Quarter Finals of Fortis Turkish Cup, the team made the semi finals thanks to its 2-0 victory in the first game.

The game was played at Kayseri Atatürk Stadium and administered by referee Serdar Tatlı. Beşiktaş was on the field with advantage of having beaten its rival by 2-0 in the first game played in İstanbul. Although Kayserispor wanted to pressure the game, Beşiktaş defense did not give any serious opportunity to its rival. Players in both teams worked very hard on the field in the first half, which ended 0-0.
Second half of the game was played at the midfield. Kamber from Kayserispor was ejected from the game at 60th minute after having been shown two yellow cards. Hosting team took the lead (1-0) at 69th minute thanks to the goal scored by Muhammet. Kayserispor tried to fire the second strike and continue its fight in the extended time in the game, but Beşiktaş did not make any mistakes. Even though the Black & White team was defeated (1-0) in the game, it made the semi finals thanks to its score advantage from the first game.
