Beşiktaş lost against İnegölspor at the 4th week game of Group D in the Fortis Turkish Cup (1-0). The game was played at the home of İnegölspor. Koray Avcı in the Black & White team was shown a red card at the 64th minute.
Black & White team tied (1-1) its first game in the Fortis Turkish Cup against Konyaspor which was an away game; whereas passed its 2nd week without playing, and then posted a 3-0 victory over Samsunspor in a game played at BJK İnönü Stadium. Our players came on the field in the İnegöl Stadium, wearing their jerseys with stripes. Players of the both team were holding carnations in their hands when they came on the field; and while they gave the flowers to the fans, the fans filling the grandstands cheered for the footballers.First few minutes of the game were played at the mid-field. Heavy field conditions adversely impacted the quality of the football. Beşiktaş created some dangerous positions in the rival team’s goal in this part thanks to Jun and Bobo. Black Eagle could not utilize an easy position with Ali Tandoğan at the 23rd minute. On the other hand, İnegölspor that preferred an open game tried to score also. Tempo of the game slowed down by near the end of the first half and players went to the locker rooms with a 0-0 tie.
İbrahim Üzülmez replaced Tümer Metin in the Black & White team in the 2nd half. Ferdi scored a goal at 51st minute and put İnegöl 1-0 ahead. Tayfur was replaced by Sergen and Kleberson replaced Bobo at 59th minute. The game was more like a physical struggle among the players as the ground got even heavier. Beşiktaş had to play with 10 players since Koray who had a yellow card in 39th minute, was shown his 2nd yellow card at 64th minute. Black & White players tried heavily on the rival goal for a goal in the remaining part of the game; but had to leave the field 1-0 tracking since they could not scored any goal.
