In the first match of the third round of the CEV cup, Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball team beat Deprostav Bratislava of Slovakia 3-0 at a revenge meeting in the BJK Akatlar Sports and Culture Complex, and advanced to the quarter finals. 

Arzu and Rykova’s effective smashes pushed Beşiktaş to an 8-2 lead by the first time-out, 16-2 by the second time-out, and finished the first set ahead by 25-4.  Having no difficulty scoring against its Slovakian competitor, the Black and White team finished 25-9 leading by successfully blocking competitor’s smashes. 
In the last set, putting a strong play, Beşiktaş, completed 25-17 for a 3-0 set finish and rose to the quarter finals of the CEV Cup.
