Pavel Cristian Balaj from Romanian Football Federation will administer the away game which the Black & White team will play on December 14, Wednesday. The game will start at 9.45 pm Turkish time.  Assistants to Balaj in the game are Zoltan Szekely and Ionel Popa, whereas the 4th referee of the game is Sorin Corpodean.
