Beşiktaş Football Team was defeated 1-0 against Gaziantepspor at the 13th week of the Turkcell Super League.

Beşiktaş, playing in the BJK İnönü Stadium for the first time under Technical Director Jean Tigana, played against Gaziantepspor in the game administered by referee Selçuk Dereli. The guest team began the game which was played in a cold and rainy weather.
While the Black & White players applied pressure from the first moments of the game on, Ailton and İbrahim Akın created dangerous situations at the opponent’s goal. However, Erman scored a goal in the attack by Gaziantepspor which developed quickly after a free kick which Beşiktaş used, and the guest team took the lead 1-0. Playing the game almost entirely in the opponent’s semi field following the goal, the Black & White players pushed very hard at the Gaziantepspor’s goal for tying  the score with attacks from left and right wings. However, a goal could not be posted and our team finished the first half 1-0 tracking.
On the other hand, our Black & White players displayed a great pressure in the 2nd half of the fight. Our Team, which played the game with its entirety in the opponent’s semi-field, tried to score with both balls kicked from a distance and passes made from the wings. But, since our team could not score any goal in the attacks made one after another, the game ended 1-0.
