Frisch Auf Göppingen from Germany is the opponent of Beşiktaş Handball Team in the 4th round of the European Federation Cup (EHF).

The 4th Round lots for EHF Cup were drawn in Vienna / Austria. Beşiktaş, eliminating its Hungarian opponent Dunaferr SE in the 3rd round and making the top 16 teams, will fight against German Frisch Auf Göppingen, which Beşiktaş was matched with in the 4th round, for advancing to the quarter finals. Beşiktaş will play its first game on 3rd or 4th of December in Göppingen / Germany, and play the rematch on 10th or 11th of December at Süleyman Seba Sports Hall.
Coach Müfit Arın made a comment on the drawing and said “Germany is one of the top countries which are schools in handball. We are Beşiktaş; we can not evaluate the drawings as good or bad. We will fight to win no matter who the opponent is. We will collect the information about our opponent as soon as possible and prepare accordingly. We will do our best and try to get the best result”.
