Kıvanç Oktay, Vice President in charge of Football Branch, said that the victory against Malmö has given tremendous morale and the team’s confidence came back.

Kıvanç Oktay: “This triumph brought back the morale and confidence which we needed very much. Our morale as a team had been down due to the bad results obtained in the last few games. The result which we had in an away game showed that this team is capable of doing great things in the future. Now, our self confidence is back to where it was. For me, man of the game was Youla.
 
Technical Director Rıza Çalımbay and the players Souleymane Youla and Ali Güneş made the following comment about the game:
Rıza Çalımbay: “All of our players who fought on the field were motivated well and performed everything that needed to be done. We became a whole in unity and cooperation. I congratulate all my players, notably Youla. Everyone should be sure that this team will be much better soon.
Souleymane Youla: “We played great as a team today and fought well. We are a superb team anyway. We needed an boom and this game became our boom. I scored for the first time in this game. God willing, I will continue scoring.”
Ali Güneş: “I have been in Turkey for 6 years and played in many games. This was the most stressful game I have ever played. There was much pressure on us before the game. I am very happy that we won the game.”
