Beşiktaş Men’s Basketball Team which continues its pre-season preparations will play in the 'Krefeld Panthers' tournament that will be organized in Germany.

Beşiktaş Men’s Basketball Team continues its preparations for both Turkey Cup which will be organized at Şanlıurfa and for the new season. The Black & White team, which fought at Daçka Cup last week, will sweat in the tournament in which the teams Oldenburg, Artland Dragos, Krefeld Panthers, Partisan and Eiffel Towers will participate.
Coach Murat Didin who assessed the Team’s condition before the tournament games to our web site said that such tournaments were very important for the Team to get used to tempo, rhythm and toughness of the game, and added “We fought well and played good against Buducnost on the first day of the Darüşşafaka Tournament. The fact that Barış was injured in the 2nd day of the Tournament left us without any guard when we already did not have Kerem Tunçeri and Mithat Demirel. Naturally it is not easy to play without a play-maker; but of course that’s another experience”.
Didin said that they had given one week of rest for Kerem who had returned from the National Team quite tired and without any morale, and continued as follows:
 “Mithat just returned from Germany and will join the team on Thursday. He will be with our team at the games to be played at Krafeld. We will be able to finally begin working with full team members after our two friends join the team. We will play 5 more games in this tournament and thus prepare for the Turkey Cup to be organized at Şanlıurfa. “
