Beşiktaş Handball Team, fighting in the preliminary elimination tour in the Champions League, won the away game with 36-35 score over its opponent Dynamo Baumit Bucharest, against which Beşiktaş had lost the first game played in İstanbul with 41-34 score. However, Beşiktaş lost its chance to participate in the Champions League with score average.

The Undefeated Champion and owner of the Turkish Cup, Beşiktaş Handball Team played against D.B. Bucharest in the rematch game played at the opponent’s home field in preliminary elimination tour for the Champions League. The Black & White team finished the first half 19-16 trailing, but displayed a really good performed in the 2nd half and won the game 36-35 leading. However the Black Eagle, which had lost the first game played in İstanbul with 41-34, lost its chance to play in the Champions League with average. Beşiktaş will continue its journey in Europe in the EHF Cup in which it will participate directly.
