Beşiktaş Wheelchair Basketball Team beat İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi 65-52 in the 4th game of the final series, brought the score to 3-1 in the series and won the Championship.

Beşiktaş that staged a dominant performance throughout the game went up by 15 points and a score of 20-5 in the first period. Black and Whites that had continued its effective defense in the 2nd period went to the locker-room with a lead of 36-20. 
Beşiktaş pushed the lead up to 20 points once in the 3rd period however failed to sustain its effective defense in the final periods and İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi reduced the deficit. Beşiktaş set off the final period with a lead of 13 points and a score of 49-34. Beşiktaş that was effective both in defense and offense in the 4th period won the game by 65-52 and reached the Wheelchair Basketball League Championship of the season of 2004-2005.
Trainer Mehmet Önüt expressed his feelings in the following manner:
"We are very happy. A very long season was realized this year. National team camps and tournaments were longer than planned. However we are happy that we have reached the finish line. We dedicate this Championship to everyone involved.”
