Beşiktaş Football Team played to a standoff without any score in the preparation game played with FC Köln which is one of the long standing teams of Germany.

FC Köln, which came back to German 1st League Bundesliga this season, transferred 9 footballers and strengthened its team. The game was played in Lihdenhof Stadium in Weingarten Town, and Turkish sports fans showed a great interest in the game. 
The first moments of the game were played in the mid-field and both teams attacked mutually. Both Beşiktaş and FC Köln could not produce scores in their attacks made in the first 45 minutes of the game and the first half was wrapped up 0-0.
The Black & White Team began with a pressurized performance in the second half. Despite Beşiktaş kept the game under its control for a while, Köln team made some dangerous attacks in the last minutes. Beşiktaş goal keeper Murat Şahin received attention with his successful performance and the two teams played to a standoff with no goals.
