Beşiktaş Athletics Team won 11 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze medals in the Athletics Championship of Turkey Individual Juniors and Athletes Younger than 23 Years of Age. 

Beşiktaş achieved a great success in the championship held in Ankara on July 2nd and 3rd.   Tuğba Ergen won a gold medal with her jump 5.69 meters in long jump category, and our team consisting of Tuğba, Nurdem, Hazal and Ece grabbed a gold medal with their 52.62 in 4x100 category. Our team consisting of Ece, Müge, Hazal and Nurdem made the second place in Turkey in 4x400 category. Athletes who won bronze medals, their results and the related categories are given as follows: Ayşe Kuş with 12.80 in 100 meters, Güllü Gül with 2.15.92 in 800 meters, Tuğba Ergen with 15.95 in 100 handicap and Enise Kırcalı with 8.66 meters in shot putting.
In Athletes Younger than 23 Years of Age competition; Öznur Gültekin ran 100 meters in 14.32 in 100 meter category, and Arzu Berk ran 1500 meters in 4.26.62. Both athletes made the first place in their respective categories. The team consisted of Meral, Alev, Güllü and Dilek won a gold medal in 4x400 category. 
Women athletes of Beşiktaş realized a first in the history and made the second place in Turkey in Turkey Inter-Clubs Walking Competition in 3000 meter category.
