The experienced footballer Mustafa Doğan said in the statement he made in the Austria camp “We have an established team and we are very assertive in the new season.”

Mustafa Doğan said that everything at Austria camp had been great and added:
 “The conditions here are perfect. All we have to do is to work hard and prepare well for the new season. We performed greatly in the second half of the last season. But, we wrapped up the season in the 4th place. The last season is in the past now. Our minds are cleared and we want to make a great start in the new season with new objectives. The objectives are always great in Beşiktaş. Of course we aim to become the champions in the league and the cup; and to represent both our country and the Community in Europe in the best way possible.
