Ali Tandoğan, one of the players whom the agreement was made previously, signed the contract before the press. Tandoğan said “I came to experience championships”.  

The first signature ceremony in BJK Nevzat Demir Facilities was held for Ali Tandoğan who had been transferred from Gençlerbirliği. Tandoğan signed a 3-year contract with 1 optional year before the press. Kıvanç Oktay, Vice President in charge of Football Branch, and the Chairman of the Communication Committee Fikret Ercan were present at the signature ceremony. Kıvanç Oktay said the following in the statement he made: “I wish a great new season for all. Our Coach formed a monitoring group since the first day we began working with him. We, on the other hand, realized the transfers in accordance with the requests of our Coach and the monitoring group. Ali Tandoğan was a player whom our Coach wanted from day one. I hope that this contract will bring good results for him and our Club, and welcome Ali to Beşiktaş”.
Whereas Fikret Ercan said “Ali Tandoğan was a player whom I have been a fan of and have been watching with great interest while he was at Gençlerbirliği. We are very happy that we made him one of our players”.  
Ali Tandoğan said that he had come to a great Community and added “I came here to experience championships. I had been dreaming of playing for Beşiktaş. My dream came true this year. I am very happy now”.
Ali Tandoğan will wear uniform no 22. Ali Tandoğan who had been playing for Gençlerbirliği for the last 2 season was born in 1977.
