Beşiktaş Gymnastics Team took the 1st place in the seniors category at the Interclub Rhythmic Gymnastics Turkish Championship 2nd Leg competition that took place in Gaziantep.

The Interclub Rhythmic Gymnastics 2nd Leg competition took place in Gaziantep Kamil Ocak Stadium. Beşiktaş that achieved the Turkish Championship in seniors as a team reached the 3rd place of Turkey in juniors, 4th place of Turkey in children category. Gizem Oylumlu became the Turkish Champion individually in the seniors category whereas Tuğçe Oylumlu became 3rd.
Gymnastics Branch Manager Sevinç Oylumlu stated that they had reached their pre-season targets and said: “I am very pleased to see as a member of this team that the decisions we made at the beginning of the season were right. To achieve the Championship in Seniors Category both individually and as a team in a short period of time was our target.”
Gymnastics Team Technical Director Vera Malakhovska on the other hand stated, “We continue our activities in order to reach Turkish Championship in all categories with full speed. We plan to organize an International Eagle Cup soon and to present our Club on the international level in Olympics.”
In addition, Gymnastics Team Trainer Natalia Malakhovska expressed her feelings with these words: “We will camp for preparing for the Rhythmic Gymnastics European Championship that would be organized in Moscow. We will prepare Gizem and Tuğçe Oylumlu that are in the National Team for this championship. We aim to get a good result by presenting Turkey and Beşiktaş in the best way.”
