Beşiktaş Football Team raised its points total to 64 in the 31st week game beating Samsunspor by goals of John Carew in the 30th minute and Veysel Cihan in the 79th minute.

Beşiktaş fans filled the stands of BJK İnönü Stadium wearing their uniforms, t-shirts, hats and gave support to players with their cheers. The competition was also watched by our Women’s Basketball, Handball and Super Junior Soccer Teams who won the titles of their leagues. The players shared their achievements with the fans, going around the stands.
Beşiktaş, searching for a score at Samsunspor’s goal with mostly right wing attacks in the first minutes of the game, was not able to score, whereas it was Samsunspor who earned a penalty kick in the 24th minute. As Cordoba saved Serkan’s penalty kick, the Black and White Team went 1-0 ahead with the magnificent header by John Carew in the 30th minute. In the 79th minute, Veysel Cihan, who joined the team in the second half, took the stage and put Beşiktaş 2-0 ahead. Beşiktaş who had won the competition 2-0 achieved its fifth consecutive victory, raising its points total to 64 and maintained its 4th place.
