Beşiktaş Men’s Basketball Team is determined to defeat Fenerbahçe in the 3rd game of the European League Quarter Final as well and represent Turkey in Europe.

Basketball Branch Captain Şenol Demirağ made a comment after the Fenerbahçe triumph and said “It’s not done yet. The game which we will play on Thursday is very important. Hopefully, we will win that game and have the chance to play in the semifinals. We desire very much to represent our country in the best way in the semifinal in Europe. I congratulate all of our players and thank our supporters for coming here and supporting us.”
Also the Manager Zeki Can added:
“We desire to represent Turkey in Europe. As a team, we demonstrated a very good performance especially in the 2nd half of the game. While congratulating our players, I thank everyone for supporting us. Now, the goal is to repeat this victory in Abdi İpekçi Sport Hall and have the chance to play in the semifinals.”
Haluk Yıldırım, who became one of the heroes of the event thanks to the 3-pointer shots he made in the 2nd half of the game, said:
“My performance today was very good. I scored my baskets at the moments when I felt very good about myself. However, the important thing was to win the game tonight and we succeeded it. I hope we will have the same joy again in Abdi İpekçi Sport Hall.”
