Beşiktaş Men’s Basketball Team took their 13th victory beating İTÜ in Ayazağa Sports Arena 73-63 in week 15 of the league.

Beşiktaş, who was not left alone by their fans in the game in Ayazağa Sports Arena, were effective with Andy Ellis and Nedim Yücel under the hoop in the first minutes and took the lead 10-7 in the 5th minute. The Black and Whites, who continued to produce scores with El Amin and Haluk Yıldırım from outside, closed the first quarter 26-15 in front.
In the second quarter, Beşiktaş had difficulties in offense and İTÜ started to melt the difference down with the points they produced. The host team closed the gap to 4 points (32-36) in the 19th minute with Harun’s shot but the team in Black and White closed the first half 39-34 in front.
Beşiktaş, who managed to score both from outside and inside in the third quarter of the game, raised the lead to 14 points (52-38) in the 26th minute with Andy Ellis’s three pointer and closed the third quarter in front 56-46. Although the home team brought the difference down to 3 at 66-63 with Reha’s shot, the Black and Whites won the game 73-63 with El Amin’s scores.
