Dear Beşiktaş Fans,
The most serious problem of the Turkish Football is probably that the success of a sports club is measured by the results obtained on the field …
This impatient attitude and lack of tolerance and understanding is the most important obstacle standing before us in achieving long term objectives.
We have just suffered from this difficulty… Because sportive success did not come during the period, we had to separate ways with Mr. Del Bosque whose career and kindness can not be questioned by anyone. We extend our sincere appreciation for everything he has done and say farewell to him in such a way that would be fair both for him and for our Beşiktaş.  
Dear Beşiktaş Fans,
While on one hand we are farewelling an esteemed coach, we have on the other hand reached an agreement with Dear Rıza Çalımbay who had been trained in our junior team, who wore only Beşiktaş uniform throughout his career as a football player for 20 years, who played a part in countless records and championships during his career, and is much beloved by our Community.
I would like to underline clearly that the change of the technical director was not made for our Administration but made for our Beşiktaş.
Objective of our Beşiktaş with Rıza Çalımbay in the first stage is to gain the result which will allow us to participate in the Champions League next year.
We have made an agreement with our dear coach Rıza Çalımbay for 1, 5 years but I myself and the Board of Directors would like to see him coaching the team for 15 years.
Our Beşiktaş is now working with a Turkish coach, after 10 years’ time, besides with one who grew up in the Beşiktaş Community… Now, the biggest mission which falls onto shoulders of Beşiktaş Community is to embrace this value of its own and stand by him for no matter what.
We believe that we shall fetch sportsmen who are appropriate for Beşiktaş spirit for Turkish football while we create a young and a successful team in Turkey and Europe alike with Rıza Çalımbay in the coming years.
I believe that our unity and solidarity, which we have emphasized all along, has been even stronger and I wish our beloved coach endless success in his new position.
