Beşiktaş Men Basketball Team defeated Ionikos of Greece with 83-63 in its 12th match in the FIBA European League and reached 21 points with 9 victories.

During the first period of the game, Beşiktaş produced points with Andy Ellis, Bekir Yarangüme and Nedim Yücel and Ionikos Amaliada with Pachalis. Beşiktaş closed the first period 25-21 ahead, where Ratko Varda was absent due to his injury.
The Black & White team was successful especially in the outer throws during the second period, and achieved 3-point baskets made one after another thanks to throws by Haluk Yıldırım and Tolga Tekinalp.  Leading the match with 40-34 on the 16th minute, Beşiktaş achieved easy scores against its rival, which applied field defense, and closed the first half 50-36 ahead.
Having made a good start to the second half of the game, the Black & White team reached an 18-point difference on the 25th minute (62- 44) and closed the 3rd period with a score of 67-52 ahead of the competing team.
Beşiktaş, which performed a superior play in the last period, had a victory of 83-63 with 20-point superiority.
