Beşiktaş has completed its training camp in Antalya which has started on January 8 to prepare the team for the 2nd half of the Super League. Technical Director Del Bosque stated that the camp was very useful.

The training camp of Beşiktaş which started on January 8 ended on January 14. Vicente Del Bosque, Technical Director of Beşiktaş said that it was the first time for him to be in Antalya and he left it with positive impression:
“We had our camp in a very nice environment and good weather conditions. Both of the games we played were rather good. Only the score of our match with Malmö was changed at the last minute. The only negative factor here is that Tümer also had an injury after the injuries of Sergen, Tayfun and Emre.”
Del Bosque noted that they were the 2nd scorer team of the league and added the following: “We are 2 goals behind from Fenerbahçe in the league. We are 10 goals ahead from Galatasaray. Also in the UEFA Cup we scored more than any other team in our group. Furthermore, in defense we seized the balance in the recent weeks of the first half.”
