Beşiktaş Wheelchair Basketball Team won the championship, beating Izmir Metropolitan Municipality in the final game of Sinan Erdem Wheelchair Basketball Tournament, which was inaugurated this year.

Beşiktaş Team, which is the unbeaten leader in the Wheelchair Basketball League, aiming at the title, managed to beat its major rival Izmir Metropolitan Municipality in the tournament as well, as they did in the League.
Beşiktaş beat Izmir Metropolitan Municipality in the final game of Sinan Erdem Tournament held in Ahmet Cömert Sports Hall that lasted 4 days 59-57, after a tremendous confrontation.
Beşiktaş, which became the first champions of Sinan Erdem Wheelchair Basketball Tournament that was held for the first time, received the championship cup in a ceremony following the game.
