Besiktas Women’s Volleyball Team was defeated by Tenerife 3-0 in their first game, which was played away, in the Indesit European Women’s Championship League.

Besiktas, who closed the first set 25-12 behind the Spanish team, started the 2nd set more enthusiastically. However, the ladies who were strained in displaying the performance they desire, lost this set 25-16 and were defeated 3-0 at the and of the hard struggle, after the last set also ended with a score of 25-19 in favor of the Spanish team.
