After a mostly uneventful first half, Ernest Muci broke the deadlock with a close-range finish in injury time, thanks to a beautiful cross from Arthur Masuaku. Visitors Kasımpaşa responded through Claudio Winck’s shot to the far side of the net on 55 minutes and levelled the scores. Then, at the 70th-minute mark, Aytaç Kara sent them 2-1 in front through a low drive from near the penalty spot. While Beşiktaş were pressing for the equaliser without any success, Mamadou Fall put the match away for Kasımpaşa with a late goal.
