Black Eagles started strong and went ahead after 20 minutes with Milot Rashica’s superb low drive from outside the box. Forcing the visitors into their own half, they gained total control of the game after the goal but failed to score again in the first half.
In search of an equaliser, Ikas Eyupspor came out more after the restart, and Emre Akbaba managed to level the scores at 1-1 through penalty-kick on 64 minutes. However, the stubborn Black Eagles refused to give up and sprung back to life in stoppage time as Ciro Immobile put them back in front from another penalty kick and secured the three points for Beşiktaş.
