The home side raced in front 1-0 with a 6th-minute goal from Serdar Gürler and retained that one-goal advantage going into the break. Beşiktaş looked a different team at the outset of the second half as they pulled ahead on an own goal by Anıl Karaer and a clever finish from Mustafa Pektemek. Relegation-battling Osmanlıspor refused to surrender and levelled the scores once again through Serdar Güler’s classy bicycle-kick, 2-2. However, the Black Eagles were in no mood to drop points at Ankara and regained the lead on 80 minutes, thanks to a brilliant header from Vagner Love. In the remaining minutes, Beşiktaş defence kept Osmanlıspor forwards at bay to run out with all three points.
