Beşiktaş Head Coach Vincenzo Italiano’s post-match reaction

“We have made a great start to our European journey. I want to congratulate all my players; they did an excellent job tonight. I also want to thank all our fans—they were amazing, too.

It was a very moving experience for me to hear all our supporters chanting my name. Hearing your name called out with such affection—that is something you simply cannot buy.  That is why I want to give my best every day. Although it isn't possible, I wish I could embrace all 42,000 of them. “
