“We played a tremendous match. We could have scored even more goals in the second half. My teammates played with their true Beşiktaş spirit. We are happy to have won. Coming into this game, we didn't consider the possibility of dropping points here. Fighting hard and playing for the Beşiktaş badge comes above everyhing else. We did that as a team tonight.

As a full back, I am delighted  to have scored a goal. But, it is all in our game plan. We are working hard with our coach on every detail. Our communication with him is excellent. The coach pays attention to everyone. I am trying to deliver  what he expects from me.”
