Nesrin Baş claims European crown

The 2026 Senior European Wrestling Championships are being held in Tirana, Albania. Beşiktaş wrestler Nesrin Baş won the gold medal for Turkiye in women's freestyle 68 kg category after  her  Belarusian opponent Alina Shauchuk  forfeited the final due to an injury.
