For the upcoming 2014-15 season, Beşiktaş JK Men’s Basketball strengthened its squad with Engin Atsür, Caner Erdeniz and Jajuan Johnson.
Engin Atsür
Turkish international point guard Atsür (born 1984 in Istanbul) played for Benetton Treviso, Anadolu Efes, Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray. He resigned with the Black Eagles in 2014.
Caner Erdeniz
The 1987-born, forward Erdeniz played for the Turkish teams Maliye Milli Piyango, Pınar Karşıyaka and TED Ankara Kolejliler before joining Beşiktaş JK Men’s Basketball in 2014.
Jajuan Johnson
The 2,08 m tall power forward/center (born 1989 in Indiana, USA) played his college ball at Purdue University and was named an All-American in 2011. He was drafted by the New Jersey Nets as the 27th pick in the 2011 NBA Draft and subsequently traded to the Boston Celtics. Beşiktaş JK acquired him from the Italian team Pistoia in 2014.
