A Beşiktaş Football Invetments Co. statement addressed to Istanbul Stock Exchange acknowledged that the German player Michael Fink’s contract was put on hold by the Club.

The statement reads as follows:
“Since the negotiations for sending Michael Fink to Bundesliga team Hannover have so far failed to yield any tangible results; Beşiktaş has put the said player’s contract, which ends on May 5th, 2012, on hold, due to Turkish Football Federation’s foreign player restriction, provided that his rights are reserved.”
