Beşiktaş’s world famous basketballer Allen Iverson watched his new club’s soccer match against Kasımpaşa at the Inonu Stadium last night and received quite a bit of positive attention from the fans. 

When his arrival was announced, the fans began chanting “Iverson, You’ Are the Best” for several minutes. Iverson seemed to enjoy the attention he got and responded by waving to them.
The entire Beşiktaş Cola Turka men’s basketball squad was there to accompany him in the reserved section of the stands. He was introduced to Board Members at the intermission.
The former NBA star is to appear at a public signing ceremony scheduled for tomorrow evening at Cola Turka Arena.
