Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball Team defeated Karşıyaka DYO 3-0 in İzmir in the first week of the season 2005-2006.

The game played at Karşıyaka Sports Hall lasted for 75 minutes. Arzu’s good passes and Yelena Shabovta’s spikes were the important factors enabling the Black & White team to win the tough game which the Beşiktaş fans showed a great interest. Beşiktaş, winning the sets with scores 26-28, 18-25 and 24-26, left the hall 3-0 leading and made a good start into the season.
