Beşiktaş Football Team tied with Kayserispor (0-0) which Beşiktaş hosted in the BJK İnönü Stadium in the 9th week of the Turkcell Super League.  

The fans, who did not leave Beşiktaş alone at the game played in the BJK İnönü Stadium, hung a banner in the grandstand indicating that they shared the grief of the friendly and brotherly nation of Pakistan which has been suffering from the earthquake disaster. Board of Directors of Beşiktaş said in the statement they made that they would send the proceeds from the game to Pakistan,
Players of Beşiktaş came on the field with a banner saying “We share the grief of the Esteemed President who is also a Beşiktaş fan and the Pakistani nation”. Moment of silence was observed for 1 minute for those who were killed at the earthquake before the kick off.
The first half of the game was played at the mid-field. Goalkeeper of Kayseri, Ivankov was successful in the two opportunities that Ailton grabbed in the penalty area. The first half was tied with no goals. Beşiktaş, making a good start in the 2nd half, found opportunities thanks to Tümer and Ailton, but could not take advantage of them. Cordoba was once again a star with the way he performed. A ball kicked by Kayserispor hit and returned from the goal post.
