Beşiktaş Men’s Handball Team matched with Dunaferr SE of Hungary in the 3rd round of European Federation Cup (EHF).

Lots for the 3rd round, with the participation of 32 teams, were drawn in the European Federation building which is in Vienna, the capital city of Austria. Beşiktaş was in the 2nd bag in the lot cast and was matched with Dunaferr SE of Hungary, the seed in the 1st bag.
The first game will be played on November 5th or 6th in Hungary, and the rematch will be played on 12th or 13th of November in İstanbul. The exact dates will be finalized after the meetings to be held between the clubs.
Coach Müfit Arın said that Hungary was a school in handball and added “Hungarians have always had the best teams playing in the European Championship. As a country, they are far more experienced than we are. Our opponent is a very strong team. We are also a good team and will do whatever we can. Of course we aim for a victory but it will be a tough game”.
