“Last season was basically my adaptation period, and I must admit I was not totally fit. However, I expect to get more time on the pitch this season. I am working real hard to earn a spot on the starting line-up. Thanks to Coach Şenol Güneş, I can now shoot accurately with my both feet. I hope to improve my scoring abilities throughout the season and score a lot of goals for Beşiktaş. My mentor is of course Atiba Hutchinson. I wouldn’t be here without him. This season is going to be a serious test for me.”
